## Returns & Refunds Policy


At Kicks Vibe Online Shopping , we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help make it right.

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
* In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

### 🔄 How to Start a Return
We’ve made the process as simple as possible:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at kicksvibeshopping@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack It Up: Securely place the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship It Back: We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. 

> ⚠️ Note on Shipping Costs:  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product  come by international shipping. If it's Comes by domestic shipping we offer a free return .

### 💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received it. 

* Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
* Timeline: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

### ❌ Non-Returnable Items
A few items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software or digital products
* Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, or intimate apparel
* Sale or clearance items (these are final sale)

### ⚡ Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect it immediately and contact us at kicksvibeshopping@gmail.com . We will fast-track a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
