Thank you for shopping at Kicks Vibe Online Shopping. We are dedicated to delivering your order accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your delivery is managed.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently offer shipping services strictly to the following countries:
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to addresses outside of these two countries at this time.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and sorting.
You will receive a notification once your package has been handed over to our regional logistics and delivery partners.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Because we work directly with global fulfillment centers to secure our specialized selection of sneakers, apparel, and gadgets, shipping times may vary slightly based on customs clearance and regional handling.
Estimated Delivery Window: Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing is complete.
Tracking: A tracking number or tracking link will be provided to you via email or SMS as soon as your package enters the courier network, allowing you to follow its transit.
4. SHIPPING FEES & CUSTOMS
Shipping Rates: Detailed shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We strive to minimize additional expenses; however, any customs duties, import tariffs, or cross-border clearance fees imposed by local authorities upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS
To make shopping convenient, we offer Cash on Delivery across KSA and the UAE.
Exact Change: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery, as delivery couriers may not always carry sufficient change. Alternatively, you may pay via the courier's digital card terminal if available at the time of dispatch.
Delivery Confirmation: Our courier partner will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to delivery to confirm your location and availability. Please ensure your phone number provided at checkout is accurate and active.
Failed Delivery / Delivery Refusal: If you fail to respond to the courier after multiple delivery attempts, or if a COD order is repeatedly refused without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel your access to the Cash on Delivery payment option for future purchases.
6. CORRECTION OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address (including building number, street name, neighborhood, and city).
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our support team immediately within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot modify the shipping address once the package has been handed over to our logistics partners.
7. SHIPMENT DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as high-volume peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, or Black Friday), customs inspection holds, extreme weather conditions, or local courier operational constraints. We will notify you promptly if your order faces any significant delays.
