Our store primarily services customers located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

* Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be displayed in SAR or AED depending on your location. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

* Products: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 

* Product Imagery: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including sneakers, apparel, and gadgets). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

* Delivery Areas: We currently ship and deliver strictly within KSA and the UAE. 

* Cash on Delivery (COD): If you select Cash on Delivery as your payment method, you strictly agree and covenant to pay the full invoice amount in cash (or via approved local mobile/card terminals presented by the courier, where available) upon delivery of the goods. 

* Refusal of Delivery: Repeatedly refusing to accept or pay for COD orders upon delivery may result in the permanent suspension of your account and your ability to shop with us in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone number, and delivery address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties or utilize third-party logistics, sourcing, and fulfillment partners. 

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites or services. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the country of delivery (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates, as applicable).
